Originally destinated to the inspection of plastic injection parts, this semi-automatic machine can be configurable for various kind of parts.
It is able to detect:
– presence or absence of components
– lack or excess material
– blocked holes
– inserts presence, etc…
Our system, first configurated for a specific part, can be reconfigurated for a new part at a marginal cost, unlike the mechanical constructions.

The system consists of a conveyor fed manually by the operator, a shooting chamber and an electrical box. The system is calibrated for one part, but with several variants. To each variant corresponds a program, which is selected on the electrical box. The goods parts are guided to the exit and fall into a container. The bad ones come back to the operator.
