Automated video inspection of tiles & refractories
We propose an automated inspection equipment for online control of dry tiles and refractories
The system detects lacks of material, holes, cracks and controls the form and aspect. The visible edge of the tile is also controlled.
The equipment is composed with cameras, lightings and an electrical box. The system is installed on a conveyor.
A monitor allows to view the pictures, in particular for the maintenance or for changing the program, or for adjusting the limits.
