For controlling materials, we propose a solution for detecting defects on strips, in metal, steel, aluminium….

 

Cameras and lightings are placed on mechanical frame adapted to the existing line. The computer and a special program measure the strip continuously.

Goal:

  • Measure the width
  • Detect defects: spots, holes, cracks, scratches…

TABLE MACHINE or ON LINE

 

Industrial Station for viewing internal stresses inside transparent materials:

  • in transparent plastics (PET, PETG, PC, caoutchouc, silicone… except PVC)
  • in transparent glass.

Applications :

  • INJECTION: see the flow of materials and gradients
  • CALENDERING of plastic film to reveal imperfections, invisible with naked eye
  • THERMOFORMING: see the internal stresses in the stretched materials
  • GLASS-MAKING: see the residual stresses after re-heating

ADVANTAGES:

  1. Non-destructive control of pieces during production
  2. Non-destructive testing of raw materials (thermoforming)
  3. An important help to R&D (design of new moulds, analysis of injection points…)
